Stephen Metcalfe MP
Member of Parliament for Basildon & Thurrock and Chair of The Science & Technology Committee, Stephen Metcalfe MP is a champion for SME businesses and understands the need for positive change within the KBB industry. Stephen joined the BiKBBI team in 2012 and hosted the BiKBBI 10th Anniversary event at The Houses of Parliament in 2016.
Founder of the BiKBBI concept in 2005, Damian has vast retail installation experience including management within some of the UK’s most respected KBB brands. Additionally, Damian has worked as an industry consultant, supporting the set-up of installation models for several high-profile businesses, both in the UK and overseas.
Former Chairman of Trading Standards Institute and current Principal Trading Standards Officer, John is a consumer champion with over 40 years experience. John is a key addition to the board and a particular supporter of improving standards and driving out rogue elements of the home improvement industry.
Joining the board in February 2016, Vince has specialised in the risk management and underwriting of risks in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has a particular interest in protecting retail customers for some of the largest blue-chip retailers as well as national organisations that raise standards within their respective industries.
Lynsey joined the team in 2013 and is responsible for new member accreditation.
Responsible for administrative operations, Claire has been with BiKBBI since 2012.
Chrissie joined the team in 2014 and is responsible for member document compliance.
Nicole is responsible for all outgoing communications, including our social media and digital platforms since 2016.
Joining the team in March 2018, Stephanie’s role is to drive BiKBBI’s education programmes, to include apprenticeships and CPD for members.
Angela became the first BiKBBI Regional Ambassador in 2017 and is responsible for representing the organisation in the Central Region of the UK.
Natasha joined the team in 2016 and is responsible for the management of our specialist network of inspectors.
Geoff joined the team in 2015 and is a former Metropolitan Police officer. Geoff is responsible for
the development of our field team of specialist inspectors.
