Every effort should be made to complete installation projects in an amicable manner between you and your installer.  Disputes that end in legal proceedings can be long, drawn out and costly affairs, so it makes sense to try and work things out without legal intervention. However, there are options if things go wrong and you do have legal rights.

The Furniture Ombudsman
The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) is a government approved service for consumers, specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution for the furniture industry.
