BiKBBI inspectors gather in Manchester and Essex this month on the topic of training and development.
The organisation launched its inspection service in 2016, providing onsite expertise to both consumer organisations, including The Furniture Ombudsman, and its own Retail Installation Standards Partners.
“This months training sessions have been arranged to ensure our inspectors understand new software, introduced to increase efficiency” said Inspection Manager Natasha Prajapati.
Natasha went on to say: “The development of software was an absolute necessity, considering the increased volume of onsite inspections we’re getting involved with. The new software will speed the process for both our inspectors and our strategic partners”.
